Option trade reviews radiators


They are incompetent and arrogant. By then their three days had expired. On a subsequent call I was then advised that there was some in but they had no knowledge of any radiators being delivered. After apologising and giving the correct details, I was advised that as I had missed the delivery for the following day, I would receive it on the 12th. Should there be no one available to sign for goods, a card will be left with a telephone number of your local depot who can be contacted to arrange a redelivery to your address at a mutually agreeable date. Use this company at your peril. The negative feedback on here is testamont to this. An ok product accompanied by LIES and APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. That evening I received a call from the courier company to say that I could collect the radiator from an industrial estate 26 miles away!

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. As you will probably have guessed, there was no card left. This company is not good. They offer the option to request a smaller delivery vehicle if there is restricted access; I made the request. The product delivered was not as described and of a poor finish.
